This paved trail follows the Colorado River as it winds west toward Glenwood Springs, adjacent to Interstate 70 just outside Glenwood Canyon. There are trail access and parking areas in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, and Dotsero, Colorado.

Description and Tips

Enjoy the canyon and the river with an easy grade. There are plenty of places to stop along the way to watch rafters try their luck on the river. The trail is quiet, and you’ll hardly notice that you are riding alongside an Interstate. Glenwood Springs is a few minutes away, there is easy access to Interstate 70, and you’ll find several parking areas with restrooms along the route.
