Woodland setting near the beautiful Oregon Coast; numerous recreational opportunities: biking/hiking trails; Lake Cleawox and Woahink Lake (swimming, kayaking, canoeing, boat rentals), and dunes with access to all from within the park.

Campground Tips

H loop sites are more open with sun, but less private and has ATV access for months of October-April. B and C loop areas get some highway noise; main access road through the park has a bit of traffic, but access loops are less busy; most sites are spacious and private, separated by trees and huckleberry bushes; some sites have electric/water while there are many tent/RV sites without power, but suitable for smaller RVs; many park rangers and camp hosts are available and very friendly; large playground and informational welcome center.

City of Florence; Heceta Beach and lighthouse; Darlingtonia State Natural Site; Dunes ATV and beach access just North of the park.
