This trail starts at Jewell Avenue and Ocean View Boulevard in Pacific Grove and ends at Haro Street and Merritt Street/SR 183 in Castroville.

Description and Tips

This may be the best bike trail in Northern California! It follows the Monterey Bay, along the former railroad tracks – stop to watch whales or to visit Pacific Grove (“America’s Last Hometown”), the Monterey wharf, Monterey Bay Aquarium, lots of great restaurants, Fort Ord Dunes State Park, and much more. E-bikes are legal along the entire length of the trail.
