“One of our favorite places to camp while in Tennessee is the DelMonaco Winery in Baxter, which is a Harvest Hosts. This time we found a new restaurant had opened in the winery called Toast! The food is very good, reasonably priced, and served with true Southern hospitality. The coconut grouper with jalapeño jelly… fabulous and the smoked chicken… perfect. The wine served is from the winery and they have a very good Chardonnay we enjoyed with our meal. The coconut chicken with jalapeño jelly is crunchy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside, with a little sweet bite from the jelly. Heaven on earth.”
