Washington & Old Dominion (W&OD) Railroad Regional Park stretches from Four Mile Run Drive and Shirlington Road in Arlington, Virginia, to 21st Street/SR 690 in Purcellville, Virginia. The W&OD trail has multiple access points with parking areas.

Description and Tips

Formerly the train bed of the Washington & Old Dominion Railroad, this trail is often called “the skinniest park in Virginia.” W&OD Railroad Regional Park is a paved trail that runs through the urban heartland and into the Virginia countryside. While there, check out Beltway Brewing Company, Sweet Signatures, and Adroit Theory Brewing Company.
