What is LTV’s current operating status?
Back on April 6, we announced that we would be temporarily shutting down our production lines. During this time, we have closely monitored the evolving situation – both evaluating our supply chain and making changes within our facilities to improve employee’s health and safety upon their return. Considering our current situation in Winkler, MB, we are pleased to announce that effective May 6th, we will be restarting production. Given the challenging times we are in, production may not operate at full speed. For those that have a LTV on order, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
How is LTV responding to keep its employees safe?
At LTV, our highest priority is to ensure the health and safety of our people – in our office, our manufacturing facilities, and beyond. Some of these measures include setting forth social distancing policies in our facilities, temporarily suspending production when necessary, exercising heightened sanitization protocols, and working with dealerships to find ways to continue to serve the LTV community as safe as possible. LTV is closely monitoring the evolving situation and will continue to follow guidelines set out by our government and health agencies.
Are LTV dealers open for business?
All LTV dealers are independently owned and operated – so hours and services provided may vary by location. Please contact your local LTV dealer for more information about:
- Hours of operation
- Sales and maintenance services provided
- LTV inventory and viewing appointments
- Order and delivery status
I currently have a LTV on order. Will it be delayed?
Delays are likely and depend on many factors that are largely out of our control. Please contact your LTV dealer to enquire about the status of your order. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
What measures are being taken to ensure that Leisure Travel Vans are clean and disinfected prior to shipping or after service work is performed?
Now more than ever, we recognize that cleanliness is of the utmost importance. We have implemented enhanced cleaning and sanitation measures that take place before shipping all Leisure Travel Vans to our dealers or after service work is performed at our facility in Winkler, MB. Please Note: As all LTV dealers are independently owned and operated, cleaning procedures at the dealership level may vary. Please contact your local LTV dealer for more information.
I have a question or need a part for my LTV. Are the customer service and parts departments open?

Are you currently accepting service appointments at the factory?
In order to protect our customers and employees, we are currently not accepting any service appointments.
Is Leisure Travel Vans/Triple E RV open to visitors or suppliers at this time?
In order to protect our employees, we are currently not accepting visits from the general public or suppliers/vendors. All Triple E RV buildings are restricted to employees only.
