Being part of the Leisure Navigators Customer Council is an exciting opportunity to get closer to the action. As a Council member, your feedback and guidance will help shape future products, sales, service, and even ownership experience. Through regular and direct communication with our team, you’ll have the opportunity to share feedback based on your own experiences of purchasing, traveling in, and servicing your Leisure Travel Van. Your insights are valuable and will help improve the overall LTV experience, impacting our owners’ community today and well into the future.
- Involvement in the Leisure Navigators Customer Council program will occur primarily through in-person sessions at the LTV Rally.
- Applications for the program are open to all confirmed LTV Rally attendees (as the meetings take place at the rally).
- Council members will be selected based on their application. To attain a balanced and inclusive council, various factors, such as areas of expertise and product usage patterns, will be weighed. All applications will be considered, but not all will be selected.
- Council members selected for the current year cohort will be appointed to a one-year term, starting in the fall of that year.
