Has This Ever Happened to You?
A true story by Serenity owners Manny and Roz de Lizarriturri
You are happily driving along Route 6 in Pennsylvania, one of the most scenic highways in America, taking in the stunning landscape painted in a glorious palette of fall colors. If you are anything like me —the driver/dumper in this crew— your mind starts wandering, thinking that you need to check your tires at the next gas station. You long for that exhilarating feeling when Serena —that's the name of our Serenity— gives you more than 18 miles per gallon, and correct tire pressure is the key to that magic number. You pull up, take out the tire pressure gauge, and squat down by the first tire. As you're busy squinting at the tiny numbers, someone behind you taps you on the shoulder and scares the hell out of you. You let out an involuntary gasp.
"Excuse me", he says. "My name is Steve. I've been following you for the last hour and a half. I want to buy a Serenity, but I've never seen one. I've done my research on the internet, so I know the Serenity is the right rig for me. I was wondering if you'd be kind enough to show me yours." Instinctively, pride of ownership kicks in and you forget all about tire pressure and gas mileage. "Of course!" you say, and spend the next half hour opening cabinets, closets, the enormous skylight and generous refrigerator, demonstrating your macerator pump and Fantastic Fan, operating your electric sofa bed and swiveling around your flat screen, watching his eyes glaze over in awe. Since you carry a stack of brochures, you give him one with your business card. You've made Steve's day. He thanks you profusely and goes his merry way.
Then, he follows up with a million emails asking a zillion questions, which of course you endeavor to answer to the best of your ability. Now, after all the time you've invested in him, you think to yourself "If Steve ends up buying a Serenity, wouldn't it be nice if Leisure Travel Vans gave us a referral fee for all the time we've spent with him?" Well, you don't have to wonder anymore. The LTV Ambassador Rewards Program (a.k.a. ARP) is here. Sign up today!
