Diamond-Certified Sales Specialists participate in our ongoing online sales training program, continually taking courses to retain their certification. This continual training program aids sales specialists in keeping up-to-date with their product knowledge.

A thorough walkthrough is a critical component of the delivery experience, ensuring that customers drive away with confidence, knowing how to operate their new RV. When you purchase an LTV from a Triple Diamond dealer, your delivery specialist is required to be LTV Diamond certified.

Together with our Triple Diamond dealers, our goal is to deliver a motorhome that you’ll love for years to come with customer support and service you can depend on. In order to achieve this goal, LTV sends a Purchase and Delivery Experience Survey to all new customers. Triple Diamond Dealers have achieved scores that rank them in the top third of all LTV dealers.
