As children, many of us may remember sitting in front of the TV on New Year’s Day, spellbound. As we watched all the incredible floats, the perfectly matched horses, and people dressed up in colorful costumes, it seemed they waved directly to us. All this as the marching bands played upbeat music, improving our moods. We wished the Parade would last longer. That was what it was like to watch the Rose Parade!
Then we became adults. Maybe we’d watch a few minutes of the Parade before the football game, but the magic had faded.
The FRVA Chapter of LTV invites you to relive the magic again by attending the 2025/2026 Rose Parade RV Rally with us. Our LTV Travelers Club has been a co-sponsor chapter with the SOI chapter of FRVA since 2022, and we personally have attended four of these rallies. This is the most pampered vacation you can have from your motorhome. Once parked, you’re driven to all the events, enjoy three delicious meals a day, and go to many behind-the-scenes activities, including decorating the Sierra Madre float! Hold the roses in your hand, sit in the front row, and talk to people in the Parade, you’ll feel the magic again.
This is the same exact itinerary that commercial tour companies sell, but as a non-profit organization, it’s the most cost-effective way to attend. So now you’re thinking maybe this might be fun, but you’re not a member of FRVA (formerly FMCA), here’s some good news, you can attend anyway!
