The Southwest LTV Roadrunners Annual Winter Rally is now full.
For those of you who have never attended the annual Winter Rally and Travel Conference, Oasis Las Vegas Resort has a lot to offer. For those who have come in the past, this year’s rally will feature new speakers as well as past favorites, new topics, round-table discussions, and more. Raffles, giveaways, a meet-and-greet welcome dinner, and club-hosted coffee hours are all included in your rally fee. Plan to attend and learn all that you can about your LTV, state-of-the-art traveling support, and outstanding trip possibilities. Oh, and plan to meet life-long travel buddies in the process. More details on the rally schedule will be sent as we get closer to the day. Please note: The SWRR Annual Business Meeting will be held during this rally.
Reservations:
Oasis RV Resort will honor the discounted rally fee of $80/night for one night before and after the rally. Contact the Oasis RV Resort directly at 800-566-4707 for day prior and/or day after reservations, tell them you are attending the SWRR Rally.
Reservations can be made through January 12, 2026. Space is limited to 100 coaches, so sign up as soon as possible. We will announce if more than 100 requests are received. Any additional requests will be added to a waitlist. Those added to the waitlist will be notified (via email) when a space becomes available. Those spaces will be filled in the chronological order of when the request was received.
Confirming Rally Attendance:
Once you complete the registration form, the SWRR Treasurer will email you a PayPal invoice. Your rally registration and Oasis booking will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. Rally cost is $358 for one person OR $384 for two people, which includes a four-night stay at Oasis, taxes, PayPal fees, and SWRR Club rally fee. Partial nights will not be accepted. If you wish to stay elsewhere and attend the rally, you must still pre-register and pay the rally fee. (Rally only fee is $27 for one member or $53 for two members, PayPal fees included.)
Space for off-site attendance is limited.
Cancellation Policy:
January 2, 2026: Last day to cancel and receive a refund, less PayPal Fees. January 16, 2026: Last day to cancel and receive a refund, less all Rally Fees and PayPal Fees. Cancellations after January 16, 2026, will NOT be refunded. Please note: Any cancellation refunds after January 2 may not be processed until several weeks after the Rally is over. Contact [email protected] to cancel. Do not call the Oasis RV Resort to cancel.
