The Blue Ridge Leisures rolled into Gettysburg Campground for its 2026 Fall Rally from October 5 – 8, drawing 65 Leisure Travel Vans and their owners for four days of history, learning, laughter, and pure LTV camaraderie.
Nestled near the hallowed battlegrounds, the gathering mixed Civil War history with hands-on van talk and plenty of shared meals under autumn skies.

Monday kicked off with a popular pre-rally Battleground Tour, followed by registration, swap meet setup, and a lively appetizer potluck social complete with participant introductions.

Tuesday brought the rally orientation with pastries, a KleenTank presentation, and CTM Customs sharing LTV-specific case studies. Our own talented members also showcased LTV DIY upgrades.
After lunch and the Blue Ridge Leisures annual meeting (complete with elections, bylaw updates, and reports), attendees learned about the Civil War-era history of the Seminary Ridge Hospital Museum.

The evening closed with a pasta dinner and Bingo with a campfire under the stars.

Wednesday morning offered free time for golf, self-guided bike rides, and exploring Gettysburg.

We had an open Q&A with owner experts on LTV care. The final afternoon featured election results, previews of future rallies, a raffle, and the traditional group photo before a chicken dinner.

The rally closed with a game night and ghost stories around the firepit.
As the rally wrapped up Thursday with farewells, members were already buzzing about the 2027 spring rally.
Once again, the Blue Ridge Leisures proved that friendship, fascinating history, great food, and life on the road in a Leisure Travel Van make for an unforgettable adventure.
