There are numerous places to park in order to ride the Walkway Over The Hudson. In Highland, New York, park at 87 Haviland Road, 136 New Paltz Road, or 113 South Riverside Road (Tony Williams Park). In Poughkeepsie, New York, park at 61 Parker Avenue.

Description and Tips

Walkway Over The Hudson is the world’s longest elevated pedestrian bridge, a macadam and smooth dirt trail with lovely views of the Hudson River as you ride across. There’s a restaurant at the end of the trail as well as food at the bridge entrance. Try lunch at Daddy’s Restaurant and Grill at the turn-around point.
