Small County Park with pond and nearby hiking and opportunities to explore in the Rogue-Siskiyou National Forest and the beautiful S. Fork of the Coquille River. Quiet and well maintained. There is a tennis court, basketball court, small playground and fishing/non-motorized boating in the pond. All 30 sites have electric/water with 10 more overflow sites in the parking lot, also with hookups. Bathroom and shower facility is nearby; park ranger on site as well as a camp host. Restaurant and groceries within a 1/2 mile in the small town of Powers as well as a USFS Ranger Office for information.
Campground Tips
Most sites offer shade and some privacy. Site #12 has the best view of the pond while sites #2-11 offer more shelter and shade.

Location of the annual Tour de Fronds bike ride held the third Saturday in June.
