LTV Earns Top Spot in the 2020 DSI Quality Circle Award

Leisure​ ​Travel​ ​Vans​ ​ranked top​ among the ​motorized​ ​vehicle​ ​brand​s, obtaining an average score of 4.94 out of 5 and an NPS score of 100,​ ​highlighting​ ​the​ ​company’s​ ​commitment​ ​to​ ​quality,​ ​dealer support​ ​and​ ​customer​ ​care.

To​ ​determine​ ​the​ ​DSI​ ​rankings,​ ​the​ ​Recreational​ ​Vehicle​ ​Dealers​ ​Association​ ​(RVDA)​ ​surveys dealers​ ​on​ ​the​ ​following​ ​key​ ​metrics:​ ​reliability/quality,​ ​parts,​ ​warranty,​ ​sales,​ ​and​ ​Net​ ​Promoter Score​ ​(NPS).
