The Texoma Travelers Club hosted its annual Fall Rally at the Alamo KOA in San Antonio, Texas. We had 44 LTVs with 83 owners from five states. Out of that, 23 owners were first-time attendees. This was our third year in a row holding the Fall Rally at this KOA. We like the facilities there very much, and we focused once again on informational seminars and simple social activities. The meet & greet started the club rally on Wednesday evening with light foods & refreshments.

On Thursday, some of the men played a round of golf at a nearby course. At the same time, the ladies had a seminar taught by women for women covering all aspects of LTV coach operations and usage, followed by a Christmas ornament craft for the ladies in the afternoon. That afternoon,  we also had a special guest from TST Tire Monitoring Systems present a seminar to our club. The evening was free to go into San Antonio or relax and visit with others in the park.

On Friday, we had a very special guest attend our Rally–Andy Baer, one of LTV’s Regional Sales Managers. He introduced himself, spoke about the exterior care of our LTVs, and conducted a Q&A. This was followed by an open tech talk and a catered BBQ meal for the club and bingo afterward.

Saturday morning, we had a large group bike ride on the San Antonio hiking and biking trails, followed by an RV Gadget Show & Tell. After lunch, there were talks on Coach Power Upgrades for Boondocking, Traveling with Pets, and Starlink Communications. This was followed by the club meeting with door prizes compliments of LTV and Pagosa Supply Co., the group picture, and a pizza and salad meal provided by the club.

Sunday morning, the Rally ended, but not before saying our goodbyes to our club. Overall, we had another great Rally with beautiful weather all week, the opportunity to meet all the new owners and first-time attendees and catch up in the lives of all others.
