This drive up the Keweenaw Peninsula on US 41 is a beautiful trip, especially in fall. Begin with a stay at Baraga State Park before taking in waterfalls, Sturgeon River Gorge, and Brockway Mountain Drive on the way north to Fort Wilkins Historic State Park.

Scenic Drive Tips

Visit Keweenaw National Historical Park. Have a meal at Harbor Haus Restaurant in Copper Harbor. Ferry to Isle Royale National Park, either at Houghton or Copper Harbor.
