This spot is located on a dirt road parallel to the North Platte River, just east of Sinclair, Wyoming. A very peaceful spot that is not difficult to get to off Interstate 80.

It sits on the bluffs above the river and provides some spectacular views. Further down the road are additional locations to boondock.

A ways away, you will find Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest, which encompasses portions of five major mountain ranges. The Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests and Thunder Basin National Grassland support tourism and contribute to the quality of life of residents of nearby communities.
