It is our pleasure to invite you to attend the 2018 Annual General Meeting of the Leisure Travel Vans Southwest Roadrunners Travel Club ( Roadrunners ). The meeting will be held in the Club House at Pechanga RV Resort, 45000 Pechanga Parkway, Temecula, CA 92593 on January 29, 2018 commencing at 2.00pm.

The matters to be considered at the Annual Meeting are important to the ongoing success and proper management of the Southwest Roadrunners Travel Club. It is in the interests of all Members to consider these closely and to exercise the right to participate in person.

Annual Meeting – Southwest LTV Roadrunners RV Club

The purposes of the Southwest LTV Roadrunners RV Club:

• To operate as a nonprofit club through which its member can enjoy each other’s fellowship and travel in their recreational vehicles.
• To organize and conduct trips, known as caravans and rallies, for the members and their recreational vehicles.
• To conduct an annual membership business meeting to determine the Southwest LTV Roadrunners RV Club policy and plans for future events.
• To conduct social events for the members, some of which are combined with business meetings.
• To organize local outings for the members, without their RVs, to see local sights and interests.
• To take such other action reasonably necessary to accomplish these purposes.The Southwest LTV Roadrunners RV Club shall have the authority to take any action deemed to accomplish or promote these purposes. The Southwest LTV Roadrunners RV Club shall not engage in any other business without the majority consent of the Members, and no Member is authorized to obligate the Club to any business other than as planned and approved by the Southwest LTV Roadrunners RV Club Membership.

Balloon Fiesta

The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is a yearly festival of hot air balloons that takes place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA during early October. The Balloon Fiesta is a nine-day event, and has over 500 balloons each year.

RV Sites:

STANDARD: $35.00 per night (dry camping) (South RV Lot)
PREMIUM: $75.00 per night (30Amp and water connection)(South RV Lot) with 2 entry passes included valid during your stay.

Please keep in mind that this is a temporary facility that is set in place prior to the event opening. Placement amongst the RV park is at Balloon Fiesta’s discretion. We do “Rally Style” parking at all of our sites; which is first come, first served.

D&D will request that LTV SW Roadrunners are parked together.
