This rally location is nestled in the panhandle of Florida and within driving distance of Tallahassee, Florida, and Valdosta, Georgia. The RV Resort offers an opportunity to golf, play pickleball, or drop a fishing line in their lake.
Site Reservation:
Call the resort at 850-688-0363 (M-F) to make a site reservation. Be sure to identify yourself as a “Flamingles Rally Member” to obtain the $45/night site rate (the normal rate is $65). Our point of contact is Caibre (Kay-bree), but any of their staff will be glad to assist you with your site reservation.
Payment:
Site payment is to be made directly to the RV Park.
Rally Donation Fee:
A rally donation fee to offset rally costs, such as some meals and materials, will be collected at our rally registration meet and greet on Friday evening. The fee is estimated to be $50 per person. We will know the exact amount when we get closer to the rally. This fee is payable by check or cash at the rally only. Please do not send the fee in advance.
Rally Agenda:
The rally agenda will be put together and distributed by email to registered attendees approximately one month before the rally (March 15th). The rally will be a mix of social times, educational sessions, club business, and free time.
Volunteers:

Directions:
Monitor your GPS routing carefully against the directions you will receive with your booking confirmation. The GPS may get disoriented – following the printed directions for the last few miles may be a better option.
