Enjoy fun and informative educational sessions on Saturday, our business meeting on Sunday, catered meals, and social time. The cost of your ticket will include a meet and greet reception with appetizers on Friday night, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast and dinner on Sunday. We will have an agenda with all the details soon.
Please follow these steps to attend the Rally:
- Register on the Florida Flamingles website for the Rally first by purchasing a ticket, $100 per person. You will receive a confirmation email from us with your ticket. Your ticket is your registration for the rally.
- Reserve your campsite. After you receive your ticket from us, call the resort’s RV reservations department at 352-591-1723. Identify yourself as a Florida Flamingle to receive our special, three-night rally rate of $180 for a back-in site or $200 for a pull-through site (taxes included). There are a limited number of back-in sites, but plenty of sites for everyone.
About the Resort
Nestled in the middle of horse country, this place is gorgeous. Ocala North RV Resort is almost halfway between Gainesville and Ocala off Rt 75. With full hookups, hard surface sites, a clubhouse within walking distance, and an onsite caterer, I think you will love this place. It’s pet-friendly and charming and has been given a 10/10/10 rating by Good Sam.
Cancellation Policy
Rally cancellations must be made with and confirmed in writing by the Florida Flamingles registrar no later than April 1, 2024, for a full refund—no partial refunds for partial attendance or no-shows. To cancel, please follow these steps:
- Call Lisa Oster, Registrar, at 703-887-3454
- Review your contract with the resort and call them to cancel your site. We are not responsible for your site reservations or cancellations. Your rally ticket also reflects the rally cancellation policy.
