Fellow Flamingles, we hope this announcement finds you on yet another epic adventure in your LTV and that you are enjoying cooler temperatures somewhere in the north or high up in the mountains.
Our newly placed officers and coordinators are happy to announce the dates and location for our upcoming Florida Flamingles 2025 Fall Rally, and we are excited to see you all there.
For those who attended our 2024 Fall Rally, we are happy to inform you that we are again back at the Surf RV Resort.
For those who will be attending for the first time, the Surf is an extraordinary RV resort with incredible amenities and spectacular paved sites with plenty of room to set up and enjoy a few days with our LTV friends we have met along the way, and they are excited to have us back, too.
The dates for this year’s Fall Rally are October 31 – November 3, and yes, we will be there on Halloween, so if you are so inclined, feel free to show up in your favorite costume!
Members who have attended our past rallies know we try to blend education, information, exploration, socialization, and fun. We will work hard again to assemble a program that hopes to accomplish those objectives for the upcoming event.
Once again, the primary program topics on Saturday will focus on three areas all about our LTVs, such as:
- LTV technical modifications, upgrades, repairs, Star Link Mini, and whatever you may need to know about.
- Travel ideas, destinations, best travel practices, campgrounds, Harvest Hosts, and more.
- Me and MyLTV—a perennial favorite. On Saturday afternoon, rally attendees check out other owners’ units and chat with them about upgrades, modifications, decor ideas, and galley best practices, to name a few topics.
We will have a brief club business meeting and our popular open forum on Sunday morning. Of course, we will have our incredible sponsors there who will have a chance to present and answer your questions regarding their products and services. Stay tuned for the final agenda as we get closer to the rally.
The event’s admission price is $120/person, including a Friday night dinner (cash bar), Saturday and Sunday breakfast and coffee breaks, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, Sunday Closing reception, and all taxes/tips.
There will also be free time (especially on Sunday after the morning sessions) to meet other LTV owners, play pickleball, hang out at the pool and bar, visit area restaurants and/or attractions, or gather to watch your favorite NFL team take the field.
Registration:
- Visit the Florida Flamingles website. Log in, click ‘Rallies’, and follow the prompts to register and buy a ticket (per person) using a credit card. Once you complete this, you will receive an email confirming your registration and ticket(s). You will also receive a group discount code that gives club members a special rate.
- Call the Surf RV resort at 941-900-4240, tell them that you are attending the Florida Flamingles Fall Rally. Give them your Florida Flamingles discount code to reserve your 40′ full hookup site for $103 per night. Note: You can’t make your reservation online. The special discount is available by phone only. We expect the largest rally attendance ever, and it may be a sold-out event, so don’t delay.
Cancellation Policy:
For a refund, rally cancellations must be made no later than October 1, 2025. No partial refunds will be given for partial attendance. All cancellations will incur a $4 fee per person to cover credit card processing.
