The Heartland LTV’ers 2025 Spring Rally will be held in Branson, Missouri, from May 5 – 9, 2025. We have selected the host location of the Branson Musicland Kampground at 116 Gretna Rd, Branson, Missouri.
To reserve your spot for the Rally, call the Musicland Kampground at 888-248-9080. Tell them you’re with the Heartland LTVers and wish to reserve your site for the 2025 Spring Rally. To reserve your site, you will pay a non-refundable downpayment of $40. The owners of the Kampground are offering a 20% discount from the normal $49.95 nightly rate, making your stay at the rally $39.96 x 4 nights equaling $159.94 plus tax. Even more exciting about this discount is that they will honor the Rally discount for your extended stay if you wish to come early or stay longer. Musicland Kampground will guarantee this rate for those who book by Dec 31, 2024. Rates for 2025 will increase, so book your reservation before the end of this year to ensure you get the most favorable rate.

A good thing to know as you select your site is that we are in site #63, and across the road, I have circled in yellow a building, which will be our meeting area for breakfast and a morning session each day. So, if you need to be close, choose a site near the building. It may be good to know that the entire campsite is on a hill, but they have done an excellent job of making every site “close” to level.
When you have secured your campground reservation and know the site number, you need to register with us by clicking on this link: Heartland LTV’ers 2025 Spring Rally. Only after registering with us will you receive further communication about the Rally. The Rally fee will be $10 per coach, payable upon arrival.
