SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
FRIDAY, November 15, 2019
12:00 PM and after Check-into Resort. MUST CHECK IN BY 6 PM
• Look for the Flamingles Banners at Site 75 if you have questions
4:00 PM. Registration opens at COMMUNITY CENTER
• Pick up your name tags from Penny
• Advise if attending (1) Dinner Saturday night AND (2) Sightseeing Cruise Sunday night
• Pay the $20 per Rig Chapter Donation
• Pay $12.50 per person for Saturday night meal provided by Chapter
• Provide the Last Name for Drawings
4:30-6: 30 PM. Cocktail & Dinner Party and FLAMINGLES Time at COMMUNITY CENTER (reserved for our use)
Bring food dishes that serve for light dinner –enough for yourselves & 4 others. IF YOUR LAST NAME ENDS IN O THROUGH Z, PLEASE BRING SALAD OR VEGGIES AS YOUR DISH; IF YOUR NAME ENDS IN A THROUGH N, BRING ENTRÉE TYPE DISHES
• BYOB
• Setups of paper plates, plastic forks, etc. will be provided
• We will rotate tables every 30 minutes to Mingle (suggestion from a Flamingle)
• 7:00 – 10:00 PM-Wine Tasting (1 tasting per rig) and educational presentation on “Clean Wines” by Denise Deters of Wine from the Vine. BYO wine if you want more than a tasting! COMMUNITY CENTER

SATURDAY, November 16, 2019
8:00-9:30 Breakfast at COMMUNITY CENTER provided by CHAPTER: Fruit, hard boiled eggs, cereals, yogurt, blueberries, and milk
• Coffee and Orange Juice Provided
10 AM-11:30 PM- Hands-on Workshop “Maintaining Your Rig” by Tech Representative from RV World of Nokomis. Lyle Kusler, a leading salesperson, will bring a 2020 LTV which we will use to view the mechanical parts of the Rig
12:00 Lunch- on your own
1:00-3:00 PM Chapter Business Meeting AND Group Photos COMMUNITY CENTER
• Elections for Replacement of Karen Semmelman and Penny Durham- Rally leaders
• Suggestion Box circulated for ideas on improving Chapter, workshop ideas, what you would like to experience
• Volunteer List circulated for Opportunities to Excel- please help us keep our momentum moving
3:00-6:00 PM On your own
Options for Entertainment provided closer to Rally
6:00 PM Dinner by Two Guys Kitchen & Catering at cost $12.50 per person: COMMUNITY CENTER
• Baked Ziti, Garden Salad, Garlic Bread and Cupcakes
• All Serving Dishes, plates and Eating Utensils Provided
• BYO drinks and/or other food you prefer
7:30- 9:30-Open Discussion and gathering on the Dock between Sites 75 and 76, BYOB

SUNDAY, November 17, 2019
8:30 AM: Breakfast on your own. Options of nearby restaurants will be provided.
10:30 AM – 11:30 PM. “My Personalized LTV”- Tours of rigs showing unique features you have added or discovered
• Place Tee-shirt on your outside mirror if you are open for tours
• Name Tags collected
12:00 PM. Lunch on own
1:00 PM – 3:00PM+ (could take longer) –Workshops at COMMUNITY CENTER
• Workshop ½ hour: Lithium Vs other Batteries: Bob Coleman and Harry Parsonage
• Workshop ½ hour: RVing in State Parks: led by Joyce and Bob Swarm
• Winkler LTV Rally Report by Couples attending. Karen Semmelman leading
• Workshop 1 hour: Round Table Discussions
• Water and Snacks provided (granola bars, fruit, pretzels)
3:00 PM – 4:45 PM – Free Time
4:45- 6:45 PM: Princess Naples Sightseeing Cruise; website: https://www.naplesprincesscruises.com
• Close to Resort. Travel to point of debarkation will be up to attendees via car, rig, Uber, Lyft, cab, etc.
• 4:45 is departure time, so arrive early

COMMENT: This format is not locked in stone, so expect some adjustments. Hopefully, it provides a good sense of activities for the Rally so we may continue creating wonderful comradery; provide invaluable tips and information about RVing
WINE TASTING: The Chapter will donate $100 to the presenter.

RESERVING YOUR SPOT AT ROCK CREEK: IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY We have reserved 26 spots. 1st Come 1st serve. The group is fairly close together. Karen Semmelman, the Chapter Leader, is in number 75 and Penny Durham, Assistant Chapter Leader, is in number 76. Sites will be held until October 1, 2019, at which time they will be released. IF MORE THAN 26 ATTEND, you will need to find what may be available or not.
