The Ontario Sunrisers 2022 Spring Rally has been booked at a campground called Rideau Acres which is close to Kingston. The dates will be Tuesday, May 24-Friday, May 27.
The campground has placed 20 full-service sites on hold for us and has the capacity to add some additional sites if we exceed the 20. In addition, if we get 25 or more sites booked we will all receive a 10% discount. The cost per night without the discount will be $66.61. If you need to cancel for some reason you can do this up to 7 days prior to your arrival and obtain a refund less a $10 cancelation fee.
If you would like to attend this rally you can use their secure online booking tool to make your reservation. The link is www.rideauacres.com and then click on the button in the top right-hand corner called Reservations. You will fill in the form with your information and the dates of the rally but you must put in the Special Requests area that you are with the Ontario Sunrisers LTV Group. This is critical so they place you in the right area of the campground with the rest of us. If you are able to attend and have completed your booking it would really be appreciated if you could reply to this email letting me know, so I can keep track of how the bookings are proceeding.
