The Southwest LTV Roadrunners Spring Rally is now full.
Truckee and Village Camp Resort, situated in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Northern California, is renowned for its rich history, breathtaking scenery, and world-class outdoor adventures.
Village Camp RV Resort has an excellent clubhouse facility that we will be using during the rally with a fitness center, bocce ball court, and community fire pit. Waking/bike trails are adjacent to the property, and Historic Downtown Truckee is just over a mile away.
Reservations
Call Village Camp Resort directly at 530-732-5355 and tell them that you’re with the Southwest Roadrunners, group booking number 561. The total rate for 4 nights is $407.70, tax included. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Partial reservations will not be accepted. A rally fee of $20 per person will be collected at the event.
Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Village Camp will not maintain a wait list should all the spaces fill up, and SWRR will NOT maintain a waitlist for this rally, so if you want to attend, call the resort as soon as possible. Once a reservation is made, Village Camp will let the SWRR club know who is attending, and we will add you to a contact list to let those who are registered know about further rally details.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations through May 10, 2026, will receive a refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations between May 11-14, 2026, will receive a refund less one night’s stay and the $25 processing fee. Cancellations after May 14, 2026, will forfeit the full fee. Please call Village Camp directly to cancel.
