We have secured a great rally rate that averages $50-$55 if you stay all four nights. You must call the campground at 337-667-7772 to secure your reservation. Please tell them you are with the Texoma Travelers 2025 group. When booking, you can choose to make a half deposit or pay in full. The club block of sites will close on March 1, 2025, and any remaining sites will be released to the general public. Once your reservation is confirmed, please complete the registration form using this link.
Optional Tour One on Friday, April 4:
Take a Swamp Tour to learn about and experience this southwest Louisiana ecosystem and wildlife. This is a leisurely ride in a flat-bottomed boat that seats about 25. This is not an airboat ride nor a tour where they bait alligators with a chicken. You will most likely see numerous alligators in their natural habitat and from a respectful distance.
Transportation to and from the launch site will be provided, and the total time, including the shuttle, will be about two and a half hours. If there is sufficient interest, there will be two groups, one departing at 9:15 am and one at 10:15 am. If 50 or fewer choose this tour, it will just be the 9:15 am departure. Tour costs, including transportation shuttle, will be $45 per person.
Optional Tour Two on Saturday, April 5:
Board a coach bus for the one-and-a-half-hour drive to Avery Island to tour the Tabasco factory, grounds, and museum. There is an on-site restaurant and a large company store, and the tours are self-guided but very informative. Before returning to the RV Resort, the bus will drive through the 170-acre natural beauty of the Jungle Gardens. Lunch and shopping is on your own. Total tour time will be approximately six hours, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Tour cost for transportation and admission will be $45 per person. Participants will be invoiced for these activities in addition to the rally fee. Please indicate your choices on the registration form.
The rally fee for Spring 2025 will be $10 per person. You will be invoiced once your registration form is received. More rally details, including an agenda, will be provided in early 2025. We hope you will join us in Cajun Country.
