Camp Margaritaville is located in a beautiful setting on the Gulf Coast and offers a great pool with hot tubs, covered pickleball courts, live music on Friday and Saturday nights, golf cart rentals to drive on the beach, a fitness center, a dog park, an on-site restaurant, and more. Crystal Beach is just a 30-45 minute drive, including a ferry ride, from Galveston, Texas.
The meet-and-greet on Wednesday evening will feature a pizza-and-salad dinner, followed by BINGO!
No trip to Camp Margaritaville would be complete without the signature beverage, so the resort will offer a drink special for you that night: $5 margaritas! The pavilion will be reserved for Texoma Travelers beginning in the afternoon, so feel free to come early with games to start catching up with old friends and make some new ones.
On Thursday, we will offer several seminars and the ever-popular owner’s roundtable discussion. Thursday evening will be our all-club catered dinner and meeting.
On Friday, we will offer an optional round-trip chartered bus ride from the RV resort to The Strand in Galveston. This website has lots of information on everything you can do while there. The Strand offers unique shopping, museums, restaurants, and more. Please indicate on the registration form if you want to ride the bus to Galveston so we can plan accordingly. The cost will be $25-$30 per person.
Friday evenings at Camp Margaritaville Crystal Beach mean a shrimp boil and live music. The shrimp boil runs about $40 and is typically enough for two people. Please indicate on the registration form whether you would like to purchase the shrimp boil so the resort can be prepared.
On Saturday, please enjoy the resort pools, the beach, play some pickleball, or just relax and be social! The resort is offering a golf cart rental rally rate of $100 per day. The usual rate is $150. These are great for getting around the resort, but especially for driving on the beach! There will be live music again on Saturday evening, and we are working on another surprise.

The resort is offering us a great rate of just $75 per night with no resort fee. Additionally, they are offering the rally rate and no resort fees for an additional seven days before and after the rally if you would like to extend your stay. This offer is based on availability. They will do their best to make sure you don’t have to move sites.
After completing the club registration form, Camp Margaritaville Crystal Beach Reservations Staff should contact you within seven days to reserve your site and pay a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% will be due 30 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refundable until 30 days prior to arrival, but there are no cancellation refunds after that date.
The resort will be assigning sites, but you can request to be placed next to a friend when booking. You can also request one of the sites on the row that has an enclosed fence dog run at each site.
Our block of sites will be released on September 20, 2026. The rally rate is not guaranteed after that time, and you are not guaranteed a spot with our group if you book after that date.
