Our 2023 Western Sunsetters Albert Rally will take place at Camp Rocky Mountain House from Sunday, June 25 – Wednesday, June 28.
The campground is just a few kilometers north and east of the town of Rocky Mountain House on Hwy 11. It’s located on the west bank of the North Saskatchewan River and the east slope of the Rocky Mountains. The area is noted for its hiking and mountain biking trails as well as its scenery. There is a beautiful golf course nearby, and the town of Rocky Mountain House, which markets itself as “the place where adventure begins,” has many amenities to enjoy. The town traces its history back to the late 1700s and the early fur trade. It is also on the crossroads of the Cowboy Trail and the David Thompson Hwy.
We have put 23 sites on hold for our Rally, and the campground will hold them until May 10. After that, they will be open to the general public.
To book a site, call the campground at 403-845-4422 and tell them you want to book a site for the Western Sunsetters LTV Rally. Once you have a site booked, you must e-mail Bruce Shippelt, the organizer of the Rally, at [email protected]. This is to ensure we can update you on any future information related to this Rally and the events and activities planned for it.
