Description and Tips
A beautiful, moderate trail set mainly in a West Coast forest of cedar, arbutus, fir and oak trees. The well-established and well-marked trail is on a combination of forest floor and rocky outcrops. There are some steeper sections, but overall it is a continuous, steady slope. The gem of the trail is the view from the summit — a stunning panorama of city of Victoria, Mount Finlayson, Bear Mountain and across the Juan de Fuca Strait to Washington State. Not to be missed.
