Ingredients
16 ounces penne pasta
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
3 garlic cloves minced
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
4 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water, pasta, minced garlic, onion powder, parsley, and thyme to boil
- Cover for 12-14 minutes, or until pasta is tender
- Add spinach and heavy cream to pasta mixture, stirring well to blend
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Top with parmesan cheese as desired
