“Not Tex-Mex, but real Mexican with a variety of mole sauces. You can ask for a mole sampler plate, and choose your entrée based on which mole you like. Don’t be put off by the line of people waiting (but plan ahead for it), as they are very efficient in getting your orders and getting the food out to you! The original restaurant on North Temple has all kinds of graffiti inside of famous people who have eaten here. Tons of atmosphere! I LOVE the Chicken Enchilada Suiza with Mole Pablano. This mole is more sweet than spicy, and has some chocolate in it!”
