Description

Off the beaten path southeast of Bakersfield, California, it is well worth the scenic drive on a narrow, winding road. A Harvest Host member, it has super friendly staff and locals. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is an ample choice of beverages, including soda, wine, and beer on tap. Dessert is also available. There is also a small market.

Everything we’ve tried has been great—very ample servings reasonably priced. There is a hard-to-beat pastrami sandwich grilled to perfection with a large portion of meat and cheese.
