Description and Tips
This is a unique trail, as most of the time you are hiking in a river that flows through a slot canyon! The colors and the shapes of the eroded side walls are from an artist’s paint brush, and hold you in awe of nature’s power throughout the entire hike. You can choose how far up the river you wish to go. You’ll mostly be in up to your ankles, but a few stretches get waist-deep after you get a few miles in. The cool water and high walls which keep you shaded make the hike a great place to hike even in the hottest weather.
