Description
While searching for a place for lunch before visiting The Rooms museum and art gallery in St. John’s, Newfoundland, we couldn’t find a restaurant within walking distance that was open or not crowded on regatta day, so we opted to have lunch at the cafe. What a find! The cafe had the most amazing views of St. John’s harbor, and the food and service were wonderful.
Menu Favorites
Of course, I had to try the chowder, and it was excellent—and I’m a chowder expert.
Nearby Attractions
There are lots of interesting places to see nearby, but do spend some time in The Rooms. It’s best to save the better part of a day to see all the museums and art galleries have to offer.
