The 2026 Rally Lottery is expected to open in late-February 2026
Every September, Leisure Travel Vans owners trek to Manitoba, Canada to attend the annual fall rally hosted by Triple E RV. Events include technical seminars, tours of our manufacturing facility, activities, great entertainment, and delicious food. The Rally is a great way to meet and interact with fellow Leisure Travel Vans owners.
The Rally kicks off on Wednesday with dinner and opening ceremonies. Thursday will be filled with seminars and Q&A. Thursday and Friday will include factory tours, camp activities, seminars, and evening entertainment! There will be time for socializing, relaxing and enjoying an evening campfire on the beach. Saturday morning after breakfast we will say our goodbyes. You won’t want to miss it!
Your registration fee covers the nights of the Rally, and will wrap up Saturday morning. Winkler Bible Camp does not have the capacity to support early arrivals.
Located just off Highway #3 in a tranquil setting of large shade trees with a stream flowing through the grounds, Winkler Bible Camp is home to children’s summer camps as well as host to family gatherings and church/school/business groups. A friendly, courteous staff is waiting to welcome all visitors to make their stay as pleasant as possible.

You're permitted to bring your pet, but it must be leashed and within your care at all times. Please ensure you have necessary vaccinations and documentation for your pet. Pets are not permitted inside any of the buildings. Licensed service animals are exempt.
All of your meals, camping fees, entertainment, tours, seminars, and a welcome gift are included in your registration fee.
There are restrictions on what you can bring into Canada from the USA. For more information on specific items, please visit the Canada Border Services Agency website.
Your site at Winkler Bible Camp will have a 7–10A electrical connection. Please bring a “dog bone" adapter (15A NEMA 5-15P to 30A NEMA TT-30R) and household extension cords to ensure you can access the power. There is no sewer or water hookups at individual sites, but there is a shared fresh water supply and dump station. There will be restrooms and showers available as well.
There are several campgrounds nearby that you can book for your stay before and after the rally.
You will be assigned a specific arrival time slot, starting in the morning of the rally. Please do not arrive at the Winkler Bible Camp before then. It’s very important that you arrive within 15 minutes of your assigned arrival time in order to avoid congestion (a long line-up of coaches can back the arrival traffic up onto the highway).
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate early arrivals. If you wish to travel to Winkler ahead of time, you should book a campsite at one of the nearby campgrounds listed below.
If you're selected, we'll send out information about service appointments closer to the rally date. In the past, we've been able to accommodate a limited number of warranty service appointments.
Cancellations before May 1, 2026 are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after May 1, 2026 but before June 1, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellation on or after June 1, 2026 is not eligible for refund.
