LTV Announces 2023 Triple Diamond Dealers

Leisure Travel Vans is pleased to announce the recipients of its Triple Diamond Dealer Program for 2023.

The Triple Diamond Dealer program recognizes LTV dealers with the highest levels of customer satisfaction–starting from the sales process right through to customer support. Triple Diamond Dealers represent the top third of LTV dealerships regarding the overall sales and delivery experience. This ranking is determined by customer surveys sent out after every purchase of a new LTV. Together with our Triple Diamond Dealers, we aim to deliver a motorhome that you’ll love for years with support and service you can depend on.

For 2023, the Triple Diamond program recognizes top-performing LTV dealers from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023. These qualifying dealers are identified with a symbol on our dealer locator.

The Triple Diamond Difference

Diamond-Certified Sales

All sales specialists at Triple Diamond dealers must be LTV Diamond certified. Diamond-Certified Sales Specialists participate in our ongoing online sales training program and continually take courses to retain their certification.

Diamond-Certified Delivery

Nearly half of new Leisure Travel Van owners are first-time RVers. Because of this, a thorough walkthrough is a critical component of the delivery experience, ensuring that customers drive away with confidence knowing how to operate their new RV. When purchasing an LTV from a Triple Diamond dealer, your delivery specialist is required to be LTV Diamond certified.

A Premier Ownership Experience

Together with our Triple Diamond Dealers, we aim to deliver a motorhome that you’ll love for years with support and service you can depend on. To achieve this goal, LTV sends a Purchase and Delivery Experience Survey to all new customers.
