Eight units attended the second outing of ”the reformed “Ontario Sunrisers” which was held Sept. 20th – 23rd at the Quinte Isle Camp Park in Cherry Valley, Ontario.

At the “Meet and Greet” on Tuesday evening we enjoyed the company of a very Diverse Group – in terms of Background and Camping Experience -who mixed very well. The day ended with all enjoying the campfire on a wonderful warm evening, Each morning Ed had the coffee ready, as promised, at 8:am and we gathered plan the days Activities .

Tues : 4;00pm is a Meet and Greet, bring a snack to pass and your beverage of choice.
Wed: 5:pm we will be serving up a complete Octoberfest dinner.
Thurs: Time to tour Prince Edward County and visit the great Wineries and little gift shops. followed by a Pot Luck Supper at 5:00 pm.

Coffee will be ready every morning at 8 am and a Campfire every night so come and enjoy the area. This is a great place for a Wine Tour ( lots of Wineries in the area )
or just poking around in the quaint little shops in the area. I have set aside 15 sites close to the Rec Hall so make your reservations asap.

June Campout for the Eastern Canada Sunrisers from Ontario.

Date is June 7-8-9 and leaving the 10th.

I have had 10 campsites set aside at Green Acres Campground ( St Jacobs Area ).

Price is $86.00 (back in sites) and $90.00 (pull through sites)tax for the 3 days ( extra amt is for pull thrus to keep us in a Group ).
