It is one of the most beautiful places we have visited in Ontario. Dog-friendly with many easy walks. Stunning views and a very nicely kept park

Although we have not stayed there, there are campgrounds right at the park.

Nearby Attractions

We also stopped at the Terry Fox Rest Stop just north of Thunder Bay. They have a nice place to have lunch, see the views, restrooms, a tribute to Terry Fox and also a great information travel spot.
