Moderately hilly with a constant elevation gain. Beautiful scenery in the Grand Tetons. Very popular hike, arrive at the trailhead before 9am. Suitable for children, elderly and the fit. Well marked trail. Have seen moose and bears off the trail. If taking the loop, Taggart Lake is a beautiful place half way to picnic.
