Well, a mixed bag. Nice campsites but the river can sometimes have rowdy party crowds. The park rangers have no control if outside the park boundary. Beautiful canoe / kayak trails when water level is up on the Village Creek Paddling Trail. Campsites with water and electricity. A beautiful spot in the Texas Big Thicket close to Beaumont.
